Kerala and Telangana nurses have access to a free government programme called Triple Win that places them in Germany at zero cost. Tamil Nadu nurses do not have access to this programme.
Tamil Nadu is not currently a Triple Win partner state. This is an administrative gap, not a reflection of Tamil Nadu nurses' quality or capability. What All Tamil Nadu Nurses Need
to Prepare
Regardless of which city you are from, the preparation steps for Tamil Nadu nurses going to Germany are the same.
Documents to collect now:
BSc Nursing degree certificate or GNM diploma. Get a fresh certified true copy from your university.
All semester mark sheets and transcripts.
Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC) registration certificate. Get a fresh certificate dated within 3 months of your application.
Experience letters from all hospitals where you have worked on official letterhead with stamps and signatures.
Valid Indian passport with minimum 18 months validity remaining.

The visa fee is 75 euros payable at the appointment. Processing takes approximately 3 to 4 months from complete application submission.
How Much Can Tamil Nadu Nurses
Earn in Germany
These figures apply equally to all Tamil Nadu nurses in Germany regardless of which city they are from.
During recognition phase (nursing assistant from July 1 2026): Minimum 16.52 euros per hour. Monthly gross approximately 2,863 euros. Monthly net after German deductions: approximately 1,750 to 1,870 euros. In Indian rupees: approximately Rs. 1,59,250 to Rs. 1,70,170 per month.
After full Anerkennung (registered nurse): Monthly gross 2,800 to 3,500 euros. Monthly net approximately 1,750 to 2,150 euros. In Indian rupees: approximately Rs. 1,59,250 to Rs. 1,95,650 per month.
